Aged Shou Mei white tea from Fuding, China. Made from the Fuding Dabai cultivar. Harvested in spring 2015 and naturally aged for over 11 years. Slightly oxidized. Low caffeine. Rich in theanine and catechins. Each 5g mini tea cake is convenient for single sessions. Smooth, mellow, and easy to brew. A comforting daily tea for both beginners and experienced white tea drinkers. Suitable for gongfu brewing, thermos brewing, and aging tea collectors.

The aroma is warm, deep, and comforting. Notes of honey, Chinese date, dried apricot, aged wood, mild herbs, and gentle floral sweetness. The taste is smooth, mellow, full-bodied, sweet, and clean. Soft herbal notes blend with fruity sweetness and lingering woody depth. The liquor is silky, refreshing, and easy to drink with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste.

This tea is traditionally sun-dried and naturally aged in Fuding. Slow aging over time creates a smoother texture and deeper flavor. Carefully hand-pressed into mini cakes for convenience and preservation. Traditional white tea craftsmanship allows the tea to develop complexity, softness, and rich aged character over the years.
