Aged Shou Mei white tea from Fuding, China. Made from the Fuding Dabai cultivar. Harvested in spring 2015 and naturally aged for over 11 years. Slightly oxidized. Low caffeine. Rich in theanine and catechins. Each 5g mini tea cake is convenient for single sessions. Smooth, mellow, and easy to brew.
