Cindy T First of all, the material is beautiful, good balance of buds to leaf. The dry leaf smell is reminiscent of apple blossoms. The liquid in first infusion is a pale golden yellow and has a bouyancy in the mouth. The second infusion brews more amber gold. A pleasant taste, pear with a light woodiness. A thickness developed as the tea liquid cooled. I wanted to follow the suggested brewing instructions as closely as possible, and was doubtful that 5 seconds would be long enough for the 3rd and 4th brews. I was proven wrong. The flavor was still very satisfying with a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel. The overall uplifting impression this tea gives me is walking through a slightly breezy apple or pear orchard in bloom. Excellent tea!
