Feng Pai Platinum Premium Classic 58 is a premium organic Yunnan Dianhong black tea from Yunnan, China, made from large-leaf tea varieties. As one of Feng Pai’s signature teas, it combines the rich character of traditional Dianhong with the quality of organic tea cultivation. Its distinctive honey sweetness, floral and fruity aromas, and smooth, full-bodied taste make it an excellent choice for lovers of classic Chinese black tea.

Rich honey notes mingle with delicate floral, fruity, and malty aromas, creating an inviting and layered fragrance. The bright red tea liquor is smooth and full-bodied, delivering a naturally sweet taste with a lingering finish and satisfying aftertaste. With good infusion endurance, the tea gradually reveals different layers of aroma and flavor over multiple infusions, offering an enjoyable experience from the first cup to the last.

Crafted using Feng Pai’s signature Classic 58 processing style, the tea reflects the traditional craftsmanship of Yunnan Dianhong. Careful processing helps develop its characteristic balance of rich aroma, mellow body, and natural sweetness. The interplay of honey, malt, and fruity notes creates a harmonious flavor profile that showcases the distinctive appeal of classic Yunnan black tea.

Steeping Guidelines

Easy Mug Brew

Use a tea-to-water ratio of 1:100. Put the leaves directly into a mug, add 95°C (203°F) water, and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. When about one-third of the tea remains, refill with hot water to continue brewing.

Traditional Gongfu Style

Pre-warm the gaiwan or Yixing teapot. Use a tea-to-water ratio of 1:25. Brew with water at 95°C (203°F). For the first two infusions, steep for about 3 seconds each. Gradually increase the steeping time with each additional infusion. Pour the tea liquor completely out after each brew.
